Account Deletion Instructions

To request the deletion of your account, you have two options: you can initiate the process within the application or contact us directly via email. Please be aware that this action is irreversible and will result in the permanent removal of your account, along with all personal information associated with it. However, anonymised usage data that cannot be linked to your account or personal information will be retained.

Option 1: Account Deletion Through the Application

The simplest and fastest option is to delete your account from within our application.

  1. Open the application and log in using the user account you want to delete. (Please note that you can only request the deletion of the currently signed-in user account.)
  2. Tap the logo in the top left corner to open the side menu.
  3. At the bottom of the side menu, tap your email address to open your profile.
  4. Scroll to the bottom of the profile panel.
  5. Tap the "Delete Your Account" option, which is shown in red text with a bin icon.
  6. In the confirmation dialog, select the "Delete my account" option.
  7. You will be automatically logged out. Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted, and the account will no longer be accessible.

Option 2: Account Deletion via Email

If you prefer not to delete your account from within the application or are unable to access your account for any reason, you can request account deletion via email. Please note that we will require proof of ownership for the account. Sending the request from the email address associated with your application account is sufficient. If the request comes from a different email address, a verification process will be necessary, which may cause some delay in processing.

To initiate account deletion via email, follow these steps:

  1. Compose an email to support@mindset.ai.
  2. Ensure that the Subject line of your email reads "Account deletion request."
  3. In the body of the email, include the following information:
    • The name of the application you are using.
    • The email address associated with the account you wish to be deleted.

Our dedicated support team will promptly review your request. Once ownership has been verified, we will proceed with the account deletion process.
