Mindset AI

For mid-market to enterprise B2B SaaS teams

Your whole R&D team ships more agents from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor on one secure, controlled layer

A secure, controlled and compliant agent runtime layer, so engineering innovates on your data and logic IP, not agent plumbing, while product and SEs help build or maintain agents through sandboxes, versions and approvals. Innovate faster by bringing your entire R&D team together.

Building all the agent plumbing yourself slows every agent you ship.

Your code calls the model directly, so only engineers can work on it and they build connections, auth, logging, PII removal and a hundred other things that aren’t your IP

Your code calls Mindset, which runs the commoditized agent plumbing so your whole team focuses on your data, logic and use cases, the IP nobody else can replicate

Why teams work with Mindset AI

Building and improving fleets of agents for users requires a scalable, controlled layer that your whole R&D team works through.

Build and optimize more agents without hiring or risking other priorities

Engineers, product and SEs build in sandboxes from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor and ship through your pipeline and approvals, so a small team moves like a much bigger one and engineering keeps control of production.

Keep agents in your code without building the plumbing

From Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, your coding agent keeps every agent’s config in your repo and pushes it to Mindset, which runs it with security, compliance and audit built in.

Optimize the cost, usage, performance and outcomes of your agents

Test every change against acceptance criteria before it goes live, then monitor usage, see why agents fail and A/B test cheaper models from Claude, ChatGPT or Cursor, so you continually reduce costs without sacrificing quality.

Give thousands of customers a unique agent experience without forking the agents

Your server starts a session for each user with their own tools, content, permissions and widgets, so you never fork or rebuild an agent per customer.

Integrate agents into your product any way you want

Drop in our chat or go headless under your own UI with no rebuild of your product, so agents show your components, open records and fill forms, and your own software can start them through the API.

Pass security reviews without securing each agent

Credentials, personal data, write approvals, audit and data residency are set once for every agent, rather than building more security plumbing for each deal.

Trusted by technology and product leaders of leading B2B SaaS companies

“We built the agent experiences we needed, our non-technical teams run the day-to-day, and engineering supported with implementation so the core platform roadmap was not sacrificed.”

Michaela Heigl, CTO, Mindtools Kineo

From an AI tutor that reduces drop-outs to agents for learners, customers and staff

“We needed something that could give each program its own agent with access to the right content, across 2,000 programs, without any data leaking between clients. I wanted one partner who covered the lot.”

Emma Thompson, CTO, Hult Ashridge

“The Mindset platform let us scale coaching support without scaling our team. Our coaches are spending their time on high-value conversations, and our learners are staying engaged.”

Rubecca Ali, Head of Learning Technologies, Future Talent Learning

“We went from a 9-month timeline to weeks. The Mindset stack let us build multiple use cases, coaching, compliance and course discovery, without starting over each time.”

James Cranwell, Head of Product, 5app

“We built the Social Value Insight tool in 6 weeks. The feedback from our customers has been outstanding.”

Jacqui Bateson, Managing Director, HACT

Common questions

We already have agents built in LangChain or another framework. Do we rebuild them?

Mostly no. Your coding agent maps the existing agent onto Mindset for you, and its prompts, API and MCP tools, sub-agents and evals carry across, so nothing in your own systems needs rebuilding.

Can product change an agent without breaking production?

Yes. Product works in Sandbox, every save is a version, and going live is a separate step that refuses any script calling an untested operation. Any version can be rolled back.

Where does it run?

On Mindset’s hosting or in your own AWS, GCP or Azure. Your org’s data stays in the region you pick when it’s created.

Do our API keys ever reach the model?

No. Credentials sit in a secret store and are never put in an agent’s context or sent to a model. Agents can only call the operations you name, and have no general web access.

How does a change reach production?

Saving creates a version. Going live is a separate activate step, Sandbox and Production are kept apart, and you roll back by activating an earlier version, with no code release.

Do we have to use your models?

No. BYOK, pin a model per agent, and test a cheaper one against your criteria before you switch.
