Today, we’re excited to launch the much-anticipated SDK 2.0, bringing faster agents to our customers and unveiling our modular architecture. Our team has been heads-down rebuilding our SDK from scratch, and it's finally ready for the public.
What have we been working on?
This has been a big project. While it may seem like infrastructure work, it's critically important. We've re-architected the entire SDK to work with all front-end frameworks, so it will feel like a native web component in your application and load much faster.
This has been a big project. While it may seem like infrastructure work, it's critically important. We've re-architected the entire SDK to work with all front-end frameworks, so it will feel like a native web component in your application and load much faster.
Importantly, this re-architecture will enable us to add many more customisation options. This big project will also enable us to add new UX components to the SDK, including the Agent Builder, allowing your customers to build agents inside your product. We have HUGE plans for the SDK. We are excited and want to work closely with you to make them special.
What you’ll notice
- Lightning-Fast Loading: This SDK is much simpler, lighter, and loads faster, including animations.
- New Docs: SDK 2.0 is hosted on a new docs site. This is where everything will be published, including migration plans.
- Faster Feature Delivery: Our modular approach enables quicker updates and deployments to the SDK. Check out the public roadmap to see some of the things that are coming soon.
